Okay, must be honest. Even though it is a Chinese restaurant - they do submarine sandwich's! Yes people a Chinese restaurant doing sub sandwich's!
I strictly go for the steak and cheese subs!
Here is the knock on them, they are always running out of bread!
But they make a mean sandwich, when they have the bread.
The actual Chinese food, is so/so - so I can't break down any kind of excitement when it comes to that, but if you call and they say they have bread for the steak subs - you have to try it! -

Run Run for the hills. I had two bad experiences. The first one, the young son of the owner was preparing my food. A shell fell in the eggs he was preparing. I witnessed him put his bare fingers in the eggs to take out the shell.I brought this to the attention of the lady who owned the restaurant. It sounded like she cursed him out in their language. As she apologized profusely. I decided to give them a second chance as long as he never fix my food again. Yesterday I ordered some food and notice the cook smoking a cigarette with long cigarette ashes about to fall in the prep area. Preparing food. This was it. I was done I will never go back there again. I also brought this to her attention and got my money back. Run run run for the hills.

Been going here since 2013 always welcoming the young Asian lady that's always in the front you know the regulars know her. The best, anything you ask for she has it ready for you. Her son is very helpful the "good" cooks moved on so the place is kinda eh but still good if you're on a budget they don't scale your food so it's like fit as much as you want as long as it closes . But anyway great place I love the workers here they're always nice and tend to every need it's a shame I talk to the lady everytime I come in and don't know her name. A second place to go to when I don't have cash for chopsticks on Ellis.

I don't know why whole in the wall places have the best food but they do. Inexpensive, large portions and great flavor. If atmosphere is what you want, this is not the place. If good food at a great price is what you want, look no further.
